Coopersburg Equestrian guarantees your satisfaction with a 90-day money-back guarantee (less shipping and handling and exceptions listed below). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us by email to obtain a return authorization number and any additional instructions. The item(s) must be in a new and unused condition with original packaging. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price; however, you will not be refunded shipping & handling costs.

Gift Returns:
We credit the original payment source. Alternately, you may return the gift for store credit or exchange. Email us for a return/exchange form. We will send you the form detailing the credit available for your return.

Refunds:
Refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued for the full purchase price for returned merchandise provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition when it is returned and that the merchandise is returned within 90 days of the date the product was shipped. Sale/clearance items and items sold "AS IS" are not refundable. Gift wrapping charges are not refundable. Special purchase items may have refund restrictions.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange any of the items that you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we may send you an exchange form. Send us the item to be exchanged within 90 days from the date your item was shipped to you, along with the exchange form. Freight charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.

Damaged/Defective Item:
Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged.

Non-received/Received Wrong Item:
If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.

Nonrefundable:
Customized products, Clearance Items, “AS IS”, Gift Wrapping, Shipping and handling fees.

Gifts
may be exchanged, returned for store credit or the original payment source can be credited. See "Gift Returns" above.

Free Shipping Offers:
Purchaser is responsible for actual shipping costs if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Returns shipments should be insured for your protection. We can not issue refunds for items not received or packages that are damaged during return shipping. Items must be in resalable condition.

If you should return an item without a prior authorization number, there may be a delay in crediting your account.
